/ CMSMUN 2026 CODE OF CONDUCT
Code of Conduct
All the participants must follow the code of conduct in order to attend CMSMUN CHAPTER IV:
The DAIS and all participants are required to enter and exit from Gate#4 only.
Delegates must have their delegate cards on at all times during the event.
Delegates will have to submit a photocopy of their ID cards/smartcards/student cards at the registration desks (during reporting time on all days).
Usage of intoxicants or harmful substances like cigarettes, vapes, pod, taser, or any other armament is strictly not allowed and will result in direct disqualification of the delegate/entire delegation with immediate effect.
Any form of bullying and harassment will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion of the delegate/entire delegation.
It is highly forbidden and will not be accepted to make fun of, insult, or otherwise denigrate someone based on their accent or dialect.
Participants should refrain from interrupting others, using offensive language, and acting violently or abusively in any way.
All participants must demonstrate respect for one another, including fellow delegates, organisers, guards, custodians and other people involved in the conference.
All attire must be formal and professional.
All attendees should be on time and adhere to the conference schedule. The conference's flow is disrupted, and others are inconvenienced by tardiness and absences.
Head delegates (or faculty advisors) must inform the team of CMSMUN of any updates and changes.
Delegates are not entitled to a refund once registered.
Any type of damage to the campus property by anyone will be charged and recovered on the spot.
The Management shall not be held liable if any of the delegates' personal belongings are lost or misplaced.
Any violation of the following rules & procedures will result in strict actions being taken by the CMSMUN management and immediate disqualification of the delegate/delegation.
